Road Fighting Championship will be making it’s first appearance in China at the Shanghai Oriental Sports Center in the beautiful city of Shanghai on December 26th, 2015. Some big names in the region have been announced to compete on this historic card.

Christmas will come a day late for the fans of mixed martial arts in the city of Shanghai. They will be able to cheer on some of the top Chinese fighters such as Lipeng Zhang, Bao Yincang, and Aorigele while they get tested on their home turf to see how they rival against international competition. To top it all off, there will be a super-colossal openweight match between “Mighty Mo” and Myung Hyun-Man.

“Mighty Mo” (7-5) and Myung Hyun-Man (2-1) are both coming off of first round knockout victories in less than 40 seconds at ROAD FC 26.

The American stiffen Choi Mu-Bae like a corpse with an overhand right while Myung started things off with a devastating knee and then finished his opponent with punches. If ROAD FC 26 is any indication, do not expect this to go past the first round.

Also on the lineup is a lightweight affair between TUF:China welterweight winner Lipeng Zhang (11-9-1) and TKD master Hong Young-Ki (3-1).

Zhang, the 25 year-old former UFC lightweight, was cut by the promotion back in July after going 2-2 due to lackluster performances in the eyes of the brass. Since being released, he has won two straight fights for Kunlun Fight.

Similarly, Hong will be trying to make it three in a row at the same time moving up to lightweight for the first time. He has only one blemish on his record which was a submission loss to Tyrone Henderson back at ROAD FC 21.

“Minowa Man” (63-39-8) is making his return to the ROAD FC cage when he faces RUFF veteran Zhao Zilong (9-3).

Minowa is the definition of a journeyman and that necessarily is not a bad moniker for him. He has a record of 2-2 but has not fought for the promotion since 2014. None of his bouts have went to the judges because they all ended in submission or knockout.

Zhao has power in his hands with 8 of 9 wins being via TKO/KO and a 100 percent finishing rate, however, the only problem is he has not competed since February of 2013.

These two fighter’s styles match up perfectly to ignite some violence in the center of the cage. It would not be unintelligent to expect this fight to be fireworks.

The rest of the card that has been announced so far is listed below. Expect ROAD FC to be revealing some more fights in the coming weeks.
