HEAT announced that it will be holding the first event of 2013 on March 31st. The event will take place in the city of Nagoya at the Nagoya Congress Center which can hold up to 3,000 people. HEAT holds MMA, kickboxing, and mixed events in a cage, the longest-running Japanese promotion to do so. Some of its past and present title holders are Kiichi “Strasser” Kunimoto, Danilo, Zanolini, and Cristiano Kamanishi. A father and son appeared together on HEAT 19, they were Myles Tynanes and son Lowen Tynanes, who is now fighting in ONE FC 7 in Kuala Lumpur on February 2, facing Vuyisile Colossa.
