The Korean Zombie speaks about his new gym, training, and what he thinks of Ricardo Lamas

MMA-in-ASIA.com visited Chan Sung Jung‘s newly opened gym in Seoul, South Korea. It’s a beautiful new gym decorated with the “Zombie colors” blue and red, outfitted with Crossfit and gym equipment, Zebra mats, and -surprisingly – some Hayabusa gear. The album of pictures from the gym is on our Facebook page here. Jung was working with a couple of fighters ahead of ROAD FC 11, and hosting foreign fighters on the card as well. The feel of the gym is very stylish, has a really friendly atmosphere, and is basically super cool – just what you’d expect from a Korean super star. We talked to Jung about many subjects including his next opponent, Ricardo Lamas, and the challenges associated with opening a new gym while training at his level. As you can see, there are many chores associated with it:

Mopping up sweat.

Cleaning the mats of blood (how ironic).

Giving massages.

Passing out drinks.
